Anantara has launched a series of wellness retreats across each of its properties spread out around the world.

According to Anantara the wellness program known as “Balance Wellness” is a three-tiered program designed to balance the soul, the mind and the body through cuisine, signature spa treatments and through dynamic and mindful exercises.

Each package showcases experiences unique to each Anantara property and are designed for two people making it suitable for couples, best friends or families.

In the Maldives, Anantara is offering Balance Wellness packages at all three of its resorts, Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort, Anantara Veli Maldives Resort and Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas.

Guest staying at Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas will get the chance to align themselves in tranquil surrounds with a private session of meditation or yoga. Other benefits of the package includes exploring the goodness of Ayurveda with a blissful Abhyanga-Shirodhara massage or escaping to a pool villa paradise set on the edge of a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.

Anantara Veli Maldives Resort offers guest staying at their adults-only island stunning over water bungalows to explore the healing properties of Ayurveda with their resident practitioner. The guest can also enjoy the panoramic ocean views as each asana is perfected at a dedicated yoga pavilion.

Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort encourages its guest to salute the sun as it rises over the Indian Ocean and pursue wellness in the most stunning settings on the island. Guest staying at the resort will enjoy fresh, healthy cuisine in the sandy white beaches while also getting the chance to Indulge in therapeutic massages at the resort’s over water spa while baby reef sharks swim beneath.
